By using this site and\/or scheduling as well as paying for one of my services offered via www.vidyavaridhi.org or by communicating with Ganesh by any other means you are attesting that you have fully read this legal disclaimer and terms of service. Furthermore, you are claiming that you understand and willingly enter into, agree and accept the following:<\/p>\n

  1. Any information, communication, video content, consultations and sessions with Ganesh or anything on the www.vidyavaridhi.org website are for educational, spiritual and entertainment purposes only<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. No session or consultation given by Ganesh is intended to nor should it take the place of professional services such as medical, financial, business, legal and\/or psychological services.<\/li>\n
  3. Ganesh accepts no liability and\/or responsibility<\/strong> for any actions and\/or decisions that a client decides to make based upon a session with Ganesh or information gained via www.vidyavaridhi.org.<\/li>\n
  4. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Ganesh <\/strong>and www.vidyavaridhi.org, as well as any content, shared on Youtube channel \u201cListen to the Stars,\u201d and any other related sites using the name Ganesh or www.vidyavaridhi.org including, his heirs, relatives, agents or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.<\/li>\n
  5. The opinions and values of guests, associate readers and hosts<\/strong> on www.vidyavaridhi.org blog, site or on the Youtube channels \u201cListen to the Stars,\u201d and any other Youtube channel that Ganesh makes a guest appearance on are not necessarily shared by Ganesh<\/strong>. Any remark, action or intention made by a host or guest, etc on any of these channels as well as any Youtube Channel, blog or live speaking appearance where Ganesh may appear, be it virtually or physically, is not the responsibility of Ganesh and he will not be held liable for any claims made against him for the opinions, values, actions or insinuations of these other entities.<\/li>\n
  6. Copyright and confidentiality laws apply.<\/strong> You agree you will not share, distribute, publish, display, or archive any material, content, photos, videos, etc without express written permission from Ganesh who owns and publishes the site.<\/li>\n
  7. Privacy Policy- Any info I gather from you is solely used for the purpose of sending out newsletters (which you have to sign up for on your own) or for setting up your appointment. All readings with me are confidential. I never share the contents or your sessions with anyone. I do not share your information with any third party<\/strong>. I solely use your information to fulfill your requests. I use secure methods of payment. Site security is\u00a0prioritized and kept up to date.<\/li>\n
  8. Payment Policies. Readings will be scheduled and paid for in advance<\/strong>. No refunds are offered on any service<\/strong>. The confirmation e-mail you receive acts as a proof of purchase or receipt.<\/strong> The site owner is sent an identical copy in case you have lost this e-mail. By submitting payment via the site you are agreeing to show up for the appointment and to pay for the appointment in full.<\/li>\n
  9. \u00a0You have had the opportunity to ask any questions you have in regard to this Terms of Service agreement. You fully understand and with your free will are choosing to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement.<\/li>\n
  10. Recording duplication policy. Under no circumstances may the recordings of any readings be shared, duplicated or published<\/strong> without the express and prior agreement of both Ganesh and the client to whom the recording concerns. Any publication, duplication or sharing of any recordings of readings or sessions performed by Ganesh must be agreed upon in advance, in writing.<\/li>\n
  11. All images, logos, photos, and videos have been copyrighted and are the sole property of Ganesh. They may not be duplicated, published or use without permission obtained in writing from Ganesh.<\/li>\n
  12. I am very busy during the day with my professional scientific research and astrology is a secondary profession. While I’m making my best efforts to respond to all messages in a timely fashion, I’ll be slower than usual during few weeks when my professional work gets remarkably overwhelming. I will put you in the queue and will get to it eventually. I hope you can be patient when this happens.<\/li>\n
  13. During a relaxed week, I can handle two charts at best. If I find your case in need of urgent help like severe medical issues I will do my best to accommodate you as early as possible. Otherwise, it can take a few days to even few weeks from the date I pick up your case based on the queue number.<\/li>\n
  14. My techniques are both astronomically and mathematically precise. With that, I combine both scientific and spiritual sides. It drains a lot of my energy to focus on your chart and reveal the details. I do my best! Make sure you are serious about the session as it involves a huge amount of work a week before the session and also during the session. Once the reading is done, there will be no refunds of the payment. Please keep this in mind before you schedule a session.<\/li>\n
  15. Please be aware that there will be no refund of money in case you have entered wrong time or date of birth or supplied me with any wrong birth details and I have completed the reading. This is because I expect the information you give me to be accurate and I will trust that information and do the reading. Once the reading is complete, please note that I have spent enough quality time on analyzing your chart.<\/li>\n
  16. Also, it is very important that you are aware I use a different ayanamsa or calculation settings for casting your chart compared to traditional Vedic astrologers. I expect you to use the Free birth chart calculator<\/a> on my website and make sure you are happy with the chart that is calculated before scheduling a reading. In case you have disagreements with the ayanamsa or your birth chart, then I would advise you to read the articles listed on my website<\/a>. Especially, if you are a person of Indian origin, it is very likely that your birth chart will look different with my calculations. Therefore it is highly recommended that you are aware of these calculations before scheduling the session. If you realize the difference in the ayanamsa after the reading has been completed, please note that there will not be any refunds as I would have spent enough quality time on analyzing your chart and making predictions.<\/li>\n
  17. When you schedule a birth time rectification session, you may be required to submit a lot of personal information about your life. I understand that this will raise concerns. So I can confirm right from the beginning that I respect your privacy. Needless to mention all the information you share with me will be treated confidentially.
